We have been family owned and operated since 1968 with over 900 units. Boat and Camper Storage, Inc. is not like big name storage facilities that depend on regular rate hikes to keep afloat. That said, we take pride in offering some of the lowest rates in Houston while very rarely increasing rates.
Yes, we require two month's rent at the time of rental. Your next bill would be due on the 1st of the third month.
We offer a grace period of five days past the due date for payments. After that, a late fee will be applied to your account. If you are unable to make a payment, please contact our office to discuss your options.
Absolutely. Our units are perfect for cars, trucks, larger SUV's and trailers. We've even had a mini 18 wheeler! We also have open parking for commercial vehicles.
Yes. Our facility has 24/7 access allowing customers to come and go as they please. Every customer is given an access code to access the property after hours.
Our units are for storage only. We do not allow customers to perform any mechanical or other work inside the unit.
